- Adherence to the BCM framework for existing / new clients
- Own and drive the Incident Management process and send timely communication
- Interfacing with internal / external auditors
- Respond to RFI/RFP from a Business continuity perspective
- Liaise with business to deliver on client requirements including BC Plan review, updation and testing
- Ensure site / client level activities are conducted in line with the scheduled calendar.
- Ensure timely reports are shared with the respective stakeholders.
- Conduct Executed Contract review (Existing / New) clients
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all activities included in the BCM framework.
- Maintain BCM Standard documents
- Maintain the Business continuity training program
- Prepare presentations
- Flexibility of working beyond office hours
- MS Office Knowledge
