Responsibilities :

- Sourcing / Contracts Associate- will lead source-to-contract projects assigned within the applicable client category pod and/or region. He/she will support Client Category Managers and WNS Category Managers or Sourcing Managers with project execution for Tier 2/3 categories.

- Provides source-to-contract execution services (RFP, RFI, RFQ, Contracts) on behalf of the applicable Clients category pod based on predefined service levels, managing simple to complex projects simultaneously.

- Lead and execute the sourcing process from start to finish- (e.g. RFx development, data analysis, contracting, etc.)

- Collaborate with Client Category Managers and WNS Category Managers on project strategy and tailor sourcing execution based on direction provided by them

Knowledge skills & abilities :

- Strong Source-to-Contract - IT skills, including sourcing and contracting methodology (SOWs, MSAs, etc.)

- Experience with SAAS and professional services for Technology

- Strong customer service orientation including demonstrated issue resolution and relationship management skills

- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data in Excel using pivot tables and various other key Excel functions to analyze, organize and present data

- Ability to follow a process based on documented guidelines with minimal supervision

- Ability to negotiate commercial terms with suppliers

- Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years
