WNS - Associate Director - Program Manager

- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager to take a pivotal role in our organization's data initiatives. He/she will play a key role in ensuring that data programs are developed considering organizational requirements.

- Responsibilities: Experienced Program Manager to lead, manage and drive the successful delivery of data initiatives within budget, scope and timeline Travel industry experience is essential Expertise in Datawarehouse, EDW, Data Quality and Business Intelligence workstreams

- Prior experience in managing SSIS, SSRS, SSAS and Azure components like ADF, Databricks, Synapse, ADLS Expertise in managing service desk Expertise in managing, developing, and training the service desk team

- Ensuring that all processes used by the service desk are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved.

- Conducting and sharing results from service and operation performance reviews

- Coordinating and managing all relevant stakeholders, including the support desk team, customers, and other teams that are involved in service desk operations.

- Being aware of and managing the costs of running the service desks.

- Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the completion of the data workstream project tasks while ensuring the project is on time, on budget, and within scope
