Job Description:

- Identify and work towards improvements projects resulting in process efficienciesc).

- Focus on SLA/KPI's and governanced) experience leading a team.

- Relevant experience includes experience in following areas based on the requirement:Invoice processing.

- Exception handlingVendor master managementHelpdesk/Service desk.

- Open item remediation.

- GRIR analysis and follow-upsT&E/ConcurPayments.

- Procurement Support.

- SAP knowledge strongly preferred.

- Understands to the expectations from own role to ensure delivery on client expectations; delivers accordingly2.

- Prior Team Handling experience is mandatory.
