Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and track projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights that inform operational decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate operational performance and improvement initiatives to stakeholders.
- Oversee the work of junior team members and provide guidance and support.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in operations management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with data analysis tools
