- Handle independently end-to-end research lateral talent acquisition requirements for a vertical Pan India
- Individual Contributor role
- Develop and implement the strategic hiring plans to meet business needs of all open and potential positions in a time bound manner
- Talent Branding initiatives- internal as well as external branding in the preferred talent markets
- Process improvements and driving efficiency in the recruitment process
- Excellent sourcing & managing multiple stakeholders/client management skills
- Previous experience at least 4 years Research hiring with a company of repute is a must
