Role and Responsibilities:
Change Management :
- Inculcate culture of Agile way of working
- Help & encourage teams and leadership to embrace the agile as a culture shift
- Encourage employee and stakeholder buy-in
- Training,coaching and mentoring
- Responsible for training modules creation and Train teams across the organization on the agile framework & principles
- Develop standards and requirements for the agile process
- Oversee the development of agile teams to ensure effective outcomes for the organization
- Responsible for nurturing & guiding teams through the implementation process
Customer Centricity :
- Customer Consulting on Embracing Agile and Drive Agile transformation for customers
- Focus on external or internal customer and create exceptional value for customer by understanding and addressing their unmet and potentially even unrecognized, needs
Governance :
- Measure and Monitor Agile maturity and Agilityscore
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Agile and why Agile in Digital world
- Expert knowledge of Scrum and Kanban(Certified PSM1,PSK1,CSM SAFe,Agile coach)
- Design Thinking, Lean Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Customer Engagement
- Business Operation
Skills:
- Should be able to Mentor and lead the transformation
- Good Presentation Skills
- Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile certified
- Business understanding
- Passion for helping others,Coaching and mentoring skills

Qualification:
- B. Tech from reputed college
- Agile Coach certification, Certifications like PSM1, Scaled Agile, Kanban
- 3-5 years of Agile coaching is a must
