About the role :
Designation : Online Marketing Manager (Website & Nurturing)
Work Location : Gurgaon
Reporting to : Senior Manager, Online Marketing
Qualification : MBA (Marketing) or Engineering degree
Years of Experience : 2-5 years of online marketing in eCommerce / Saas / B2B companies
Role Description :
- You will be responsible for the product & project management of our pre-login website. You will formulate hypothesis to remove barriers in signups, run Conversion Rate Optimization experiments to validate and then get results implemented by making design & content changes. KPI would be improvement in Website Conversion Rate for this.
- You'll own the nurturing campaign for website, blog and outbound campaign landing pages. You will identify the segments, triggers and messaging of nurturing mailers with aim to nudge customers down the marketing funnel. KPI would be Trials to Customers Conversion Rate.
- You'll own the delivery of marketing newsletters. You will work to reduce bounces and improve open rates and click rates.
How Will Your Typical Day Look Like- This role is very hands-on, cross-functional and collaborative in nature.
Here's a sample :
- Analyze the performance issue of new home page and create a project plan to be sent to engineering manager
- Follow up with designer and html developer on the new pages which you had assigned last week
- Setup a new CRO experiment on signup page to check the impact of new additional fields in form
- Review the performance of last quarter's newsletters and plan activities for email marketing executive to improve newsletter deliverability and unsubscribe metrics
- Get on a call with Act-On account manager to figure out the two way update of leads between Act-On and Zoho
