Job Description: Marketing Manager

Education & Experience: MBA from a premier institute with 1-3 yrs Inbound Marketing experience

Salary: 12-15 lakhs pa

What do we want from you-

You will be responsible for inbound marketing activities. This is an individual contributor position with our B2C brand Learno.co

- You will own all inbound marketing activities to drive Traffic, Leads and build MAUs

- You will create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, and email to drive customer acquisition

- You will connect and onboard top instructors on Learno.co

- You will conduct webinars with instructors to generate interest for their courses

- You will work towards making Learno the go to platform for

- Instructors, who will host their courses on Learno

- Learners, who will come to enroll for online courses

How will your typical week look like-

- Working to ensure new instructors are onboard and understand the Learno platform

- Publish landing pages for webinars from instructors to build their audiences

- Building traffic and registrations for upcoming webinars via Paid and Organic channels

- Publish and promote instructor courses on the Learno platform

- Ensuring your Monthly Active Users (MAUs) are on an upward trend

- Ensuring you are able to re-engage your users Month on Month by offering quality content and drive user action on the website

Who are we looking for-

- Inbound Marketing Professional with 1-3 years of experience

- Experience with a B2C EdTech company would be a big plus!

- An excellent understanding of how Google and other search engines rank pages

- Excellent content creation skills

- Relationship building skills with influencers for content promotion

- An understanding of social media platforms including Facebook and Twitter

- Proficient user of Google Analytics and other major third-party analytics platforms

- Should be comfortable with numbers and driven by data (You chew vlookups & pivottables for breakfast.)

- AND above all, a SELF-STARTER
