Role Title: Consultants/Principal Consultants Enterprise Lead Generation
Vacancies: 10
Reports To: Manager ICT Lead Generation
Supervises: NA
Qualification: Graduate in any field/ MBA (preferably in Sales/Marketing)
Years of Experience:2-4 years’ experience in sales out of which minimum 1 year in enterprise lead generation in US / India (business to business)
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and execute the internal process for lead management, ensuring that all qualified leads are delivered to the appropriate sales manager at the right time
- Responsible for finding, generating and qualifying new leads.
- Work closely with the Inside Sales and Field Sales teams to close deals and generate revenues.
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication and skills.
- Meet and exceed organizations Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly quotas.
Lead Generation
- Responsible for Leads Search through Social Networking : Databases, Facebook, Linkedin, B2B Portals, Forums, Magazines etc
- Research on different Magazines, Trade Shows, Forums etc as per our product lines which we can subscribe
- Maximizing the utilization of Internet, social networking, for leads generation purposes
- Perform outbound calls to qualify new leads/campaigns in targeted market
- Solid understanding of list procurement, list cleansing, marketing automation software, lead nurturing, campaign execution
- Analytical: Know how to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics.
Prospect Nurturing
- Conceptualize, define and execute a diverse range of lead nurturing marketing programs, including cold calling, telemarketing, webinars, events, email campaigns, website offers
Lead Qualification
- Comfortable initiating conversations with the Business owners and Key decision makers
- Ensures that the potential prospects understands the solution, and its benefits, pricing, delivery and other information
- Capture accurate data about the conversation and Maintains detailed communication documentation through Zoho.
Reporting:
- Provide daily updates with regards to sales calls and sales activities to the Reporting Manager on a daily basis.
- Update and meticulously maintain CRM database.
Experience & Qualification
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in selling technology services or products
- Experience in enterprise sales, preferably to US or European audience.
- Be methodical in researching and using prospect lists, testing and prioritization
- Ability to initiate contacts and build relationships through email and calls
- Should possess high levels of personal integrity
- Display a will to win, and positive attitude to close sales treating sales objections as opportunities to explain and creatively explore solutions
- Needs to understand processes and needs to be tech savvy and ‘quick on the feet’ to understand software
- Proven track record of success and growth in enterprise sales.
- Proven commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and self-directed, and should work well in teams, especially sales teams.
