Role Description: The incumbent will be an individual contributor and will be primarily responsible for contributing to WizIQ's revenue target through enterprise sales for our SaaS business.
Principle Accountabilities:
Sales:
- Initiate outbound calls and establish right party contact.
- Contact leads within the time frame agreed and conduct lead qualification of all inbound leads received.
- Achieve and exceed daily/ weekly/ monthly targets for lead conversion, online demos and revenue generation.
- Nurture mid to long term opportunities through regular touch points until they are ready for sales engagement.
- Expand the revenue by suggesting other features/ advanced solutions at the time of renewal.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain relationship with existing customers.
- Understand customer concerns, including billing and usability, and proactively recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with other Functional Groups to ensure customer delight through efficient service.
Reporting:
- Provide daily updates with regards to sales calls and sales activities to the Reporting Manager on a daily basis.
- Update and meticulously maintain CRM database.
Knowledge, Skills & Capabilities:
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in selling technology services or products
- Experience in enterprise sales, preferably to US or European audience.
- Should possess high levels of personal integrity
- Display a will to win, and positive attitude to close sales treating sales objections as opportunities to explain and creatively explore solutions
- Needs to understand processes and needs to be tech savvy and ‘quick on the feet’ to understand software
- Proven track record of success and growth in inside sales.
- Professional presentation skills and excellent organizational skills.
- Proven commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and self-directed, and should work well in teams, especially sales teams.
