The data scientist will be responsible for designing and executing Wizely's proprietary Gamification Engine.
Job Description:
- Design Analytical Solutions: Problem Statement Articulation; Objective Function Definition; Selection of Analytical solutions and methods (Traditional: CART, Regression Models, Time Series Forecasting; Latest: ML Techniques such as Neural Networks, Random Forest, Support Vector Machines, Deep Learning)
- Using latest ML techniques, create AI based self-learning decision engines (Nudging & Gamification) which get better as more and more data gets processed overtime
- Work with Wizely users data to extract & predict monthly merchant (or shop), category and overall income and expenses
- Design optimization algorithms that help users to save more money from their existing spending data

- Job Requirements: BTech From Tier 1 Institute OR BSTAT & MSTAT From ISI OR Masters in Statistics/Economics 2.5+ years of analytics experience using Python.
- Exposure to Clustering (hierarchical /non-hierarchical/ distribution/ density Clustering), Regression Modeling (Cross Sell/Up Sell), Marketing Mix Models, Consumer Segmentation, Market Basket Analysis, CBFM Based Next Best/Logical Offer Engines, Promotional Offer Optimisation etc.
- Exposure to Machine Learning based techniques and algorithms, including but not limited to Random Forest, Neural Networks, and Support Vector Machines etc.
- Hands on experience in managing DWH and ETL resources/teams and designing data models for analytics solutions.
- Exposure to working with a wide range of technologies with a greater preference to open source languages:DB - Mongo, Postgres, NoSQLAnalytics - PythonReporting - Tableau, Qlickview, Zeppelin, MS Tools
