The Opportunity:

Join our dynamic US team as a Growth Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in driving high-quality leads through the funnel and accelerating our growth trajectory. You'll be a strategic thinker and hands-on campaign executor, leveraging your B2B marketing expertise and data analysis skills to craft and execute winning go-to-market strategies.

Role & Responsibilities:

Demand Generation:

- Develop, execute, and scale omni-channel demand generation campaigns, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.

- Analyze lead quality and identify opportunities for improvement in lead nurturing and qualification processes.

Performance Optimization:

- Track campaign performance through key metrics (open rates, CTRs, visitors, conversions, etc.), analyze results, and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement.

- Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends and identify new channels for reaching potential customers.

Marketing Technology & Analytics:

- Possess a strong understanding of marketing automation tools and leverage them to nurture leads, segment audiences, and personalize communication for maximum ROI.

- Manage SEM, GA4, GTM, GSC, and create insightful reports to identify campaign trends, measure success, and inform future strategies.

Brand Awareness:

- Work with external stakeholders like Customer Advisory Boards to generate user-generated content (UGC), host webinars and podcasts, and build brand loyalty.

- Collaborate with industry associations and publications aligned with our target audience (ICP) to secure speaking engagements, advertising opportunities, and sponsorships at relevant offline / online events.

Channel Partnerships:

- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with complementary B2B companies serving to our ICP

- Establish mutually beneficial revenue and lead-sharing models to expand reach and lead generation opportunities.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing for the US market, with a proven track record of success in driving qualified leads.

- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, Freshsales, etc.) and marketing analytics platforms (GA, GSC, GTM, SEMrush, etc.)

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and translate data into actionable insights

- A creative mind with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy and visuals

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Passion for B2B marketing and a strong understanding of current B2B sales trends

Bonus Points:

- Experience with vertical SAAS marketing

- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices

- Experience with ATL and BTL marketing strategies for B2B lead generation
