The company is looking to invest in world-class leadership talent across its HQs in Singapore, Dubai, and India. The company is looking to enter 10+ new markets including China, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Egypt. Wiz plans to increase its head count to 1000+ over the next 24 months with most of the hiring across sales, operations, and tech.

The company expects to become a unicornin12-18months and a decacorn by 2025 with USD 5Bn+ annualized revenues with operations across 20+ countries.

More about our Founders:

Wiz was founded by Ramkumar Govindarajan (Ram G) and Ramkumar Ramachandran (Ram R) last year. Ram G is an alumnus of NUS, Singapore and has worked at Rocket Internet in their Singapore office where he helped them with rapid scale-up of portfolio start-ups in Southeast Asia including Lazada, Zalora, Food Panda. He then went on to join Lynk, an Uberfor-trucks start-up in India where he was a founding team member and the Chief Product Officer helping the company grow from 0-350+ team members across 5+ locations serving 1Mn+SMEs with their last mile deliveries. Ram R is a veteran of the shipping industry with more than 25+ years of experience having run multiple global businesses as MD/CEO with operations spanning 1000+ employees. In his last entrepreneurial stint, he sold PL shipping to M+R Spedag group, a multi-billion-dollar Swiss logistics conglomerate.

Job Description :

- Must have worked either in a company that has an IATA certification or has been procuring direct from airlines

- Must have experience in working with/ procuring rates from multiple airlines directly IATA basic qualification preferred

- Good Communication Skills

- Must have managed a team of people for air export Pricing and operations, consisting of both office as well as operational staff

- Company policies and procedures knowledge

- A good understanding of products, services and systems

- Strong market and competition knowledge
