WittyPen - Manager - SEO

Job Description:

Wittypen is looking for a SEO Manager to join our team in Pune. With 3+ years of SEO experience, you'll work directly with clients to strategize and execute SEO plans that deliver results. This is a client facing role and a fantastic opportunity to shape the SEO strategies of diverse businesses while advancing your career.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored SEO strategies.

- Conduct extensive keyword research to guide content planning and uncover new growth opportunities for clients.

- Provide recommendations to clients and oversee the implementation of technical SEO improvements.

- Develop good rapport with clients and keep them updated in regard to the developments and effects of SEO activities on their websites.

- Continuously refine keyword strategies based on performance data and trends.

- Perform SEO audits to identify technical issues and opportunities for optimization.

- Accurate documentation of all conducted audits so that they can properly assist in determining the existing problems as well as suggest possible solutions.

- Measure performance of an SEO campaign as well as generate a report detailing the optimization steps taken to ensure ROI.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong grasp of SEO strategy, keyword research, and technical SEO as well as content SEO.

- Strong Communication Skills & Client facing skills.

- SEO Strategy Development/Execution.

- Expertise in Keyword Research.

- Knowledge of tools like SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush.

- Analytical/reporting skills & knowledge of Google search console, Google analytics.

- Experience with both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

- Experience in conducting SEO audits.

- Technical SEO Knowledge.

- Content SEO knowledge & optimization skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent planning skills according to client strategies & ability to understand their needs.

- We're essentially looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, the CTC for this role is up to INR 8 LPA based on experience and skillsets.

- This is a full-time position and you can choose any 8 hours to work between 10am-8pm (40hrs/week, Monday to Friday).

- Please note that this is not a remote position and you will be expected to work in-office, in Baner, Pune.

- We will also pay for necessary equipment, if needed.
