We also have a flourishing start-up business advisory and financing practice where we assist select entrepreneurs who have the potential to disrupt the industries they serve with the end goal of creating long term value.
As a growing organization, we are looking for a passionate individual who can serve as an Analyst in the Investment Banking division working primarily on M&A transactions. Preference would be given to individuals with 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking/ Corporate Finance or Business Consulting with an MBA from a premier college or a Chartered Accountancy degree.
Key Responsibilities
We wish to identify candidates who have the potential to grow fast in the investment banking industry and who can contribute immediately to various roles including:
- Managing and executing projects across M&A, Investments and Financing
- Conducting due diligence effort for advisory and business consulting assignments and supporting the management in effectively discharging the advisory mandates
- Research on global and Indian trends in M&A (sector-agnostic) and Start-up ecosystem with focus on evolving structures and financing

We are looking for passionate individuals with the potential to contribute to our organization with their technical skills and entrepreneurial spirits. Preference would be given to individuals already associated with the field of Investment Banking and who possess at least a few of the following traits:
1. Entrepreneurial mind-set to fit into the ethos of a start-up enterprise with the ability to be self-motivated and independent
2. Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and analytical skills
3. Strong excel, presentation and business writing skills to objectively present complex business scenarios
4. A well-rounded academic background
5. Excellent communication skills
