Wipro - Vertical HR Lead

Inviting applications for the position of Vertical HR lead in one of the fastest growing Service Lines of WIPRO IT Business with additional responsibility as a Location HR Lead for the Service Line in Chennai.

Brief role and responsibilities:

- HR Business Partner for the designated Vertical in the Service line with an oversight to manage about 800 Employees

- Responsible for implementation of all people programs, processes, policies and partnering with managers to meet business goals

- Responsible for providing HR support & driving location lead engagement initiatives for the whole service line in Chennai location with an opportunity to impact 1500 employees

- Champion people satisfaction by driving best in class employee engagement initiatives

- Drive Employee Retention initiatives, capability building programs in the designated Vertical

Education & Experience:

- Masters in Human Resources from a reputed institute, with a total work experience of approximately 4-5 years in HR

Skills & Competencies:

- High customer orientation & results achievement with strong business acumen

- Superior communication and interpersonal relationship skills

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through

- Self-driven with a Proven ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity and identify systematic approaches to solve problems

The position will report into the BU HR lead in the Service Line & will be located in – Chennai, India
