- A strong background in executive-level communication, building customer and partner relationships and account planning.
- Deep understanding of the technologies like Cloud, Middleware and Automation, SAP, Oracle, CRM etc
- Should be able to engage with "C" level executives.
- Strong attitude to sell, win and succeed. The ability to support wider business development activities including marketing coordination

Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics and incorporate into existing account strategy and plan
- 8+ years of sales management experience in a solutions sales role in a company with multiple offerings and services offerings
