The right candidate should have:
- Proven track record of establishing & growing a life product practice in the earlier organizations
- Should have lead 2-3 large transformation engagements end to end in the capacity of the engagement director / Program
- Manager (Ref of customer C-level for the same would be added advantage)
- Should have experience in presales - solution, estimation and roadmap definition in Life platforms
- Should be able to consult customers on Life product specific IT Solutioning roadmap / blueprint
- Ability to evaluate and assess various packages technically and their integration with surround solutions along with fitment for a project / proposal.
- Enterprise Integration and solutioning knowledge - leverage the ecosystems for SI
- Knowledge of USA & EMEA Insurance Industry and its technological trends
- Experience in building propositions, IPs and accelerators for Life platforms
- Experience in publishing the papers, POV and handling analyst meetings
- Hands on experience with life products suite (at least 2 areas desirable)
- Ability to build practice and nurture competency and propositions
- Proposition Creation - Presentation / Proof of Concept / Point of View
- Conversant with Insurance IT landscape and reference architecture
- Presentation and articulation skills - to explain the technical architecture to business
- Prior experience with pre-sales/solution definition and collaborate with eco systems
- Worked jointly and dealt with Package partners as a system integrator - incl alliance management
