The role responsibilities include:
- The SFDC practice head will be responsible for driving SFDC business and growth across India markets. Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds
Key role dimensions would include :
- Building and growing SFDC practice as per target and future market focus.
- Meet revenue targets.
- Talent acquisition and development including managing attrition.
- Lead large portfolio of Salesforce.com (SFDC) programs
- Build long term relationship with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor for the CRM leads in client organization.
- Support business case preparation, qualification of opportunities and solution shaping.
- Continue to grow the portfolio by cross selling and up selling SFDC related work to existing clients.
- Create industry relevant offerings on new areas like Analytics, IOT and lead sales effort for new offerings to grow SFDC footprint.
- Expand SFDC footprint by incubating or hiring talent, enhance capability / proficiency and coach / mentor next levels of leadership.
The preferred skills for this role are:
Education : B-Tech/M-Tech
Minimum 15 -20 years relevant experience
- Depth of experience in PreSales, Solutioning , Delivery management, and customer presence. If Sales experience is also there, that would get a higher preference.
- Should have handled a reasonably large team, and should be a good networker, have good interpersonal and team management
Skills:
- Should be a self-starter, and have the ability to be creative
- Should be tech-savvy.
