Accountability:
1. Global Team Support
- Working with the Global Strategic Engagement Teams to assimilate information on Advisors across Geos for Wipro Leadership Presentations & Reviews (Ops Plan, Chairman/CEO Review, Global Sales Conference)
2. Build and Strengthen Strategic Relationships for I&ME, Develop strong relationships / partnerships with third-party sourcing advisor firms and industry influencers in India and Middle East [IME]
3. Qualified Pipeline & Deals Creation through advisors for I&ME
- Generating Leads and Opportunities by Leveraging Interactions, Engagements and Relationships with the Advisors
4. Positioning in Advisor Reports [Global / I&ME]
a. This would be enabled by responding to RFIs, Advisor Queries on Wipro, Supporting visits and Conducting Briefing Sessions
for the Advisors. This would also include working with the Global Strategic Engagement Teams to assimilate information on Advisors across Geos.
5. Communication [Global / I&ME]
a. Create Clear and Consistent messaging for advisors across IME region.
b. Identify key messages from Advisor Relations for senior management.
c. Manage Global Communication and Branding by connecting with the Advisory Community through a periodic newsletter. The team member would be responsible for working with Wipro marketing and domain teams to ensure that accurate and timely information is communicated to the Advisors.
6. Reporting and Analytics
a. Track and analyze the key reports for Wipro and competitor positioning.
b. Create and maintain reporting for Wipro positioning.
- MBA in Marketing / Operations
- 8-10 years of industry experience with background in pre-sales, research/consulting organization, messaging/positioning with good understanding of IT Services business.
- Prior relevant experience working with Advisors will be an added advantage
