Wipro Technologies - Head - Engineering

Wipro seeks an experienced executive for the position of Engineering Head. He/She will lead the Engineering team for building advanced solutions in CIO Team.

Key responsibilities

- Drive engineering lifecycle - ideation, architecture, design, development, testing, PoCs / Pilots.

- Be agile in thought, engineering and deployment

- Be market facing - analyst / advisor briefings, partner meetings

- Evaluate buying or partnering with companies to rollout functionality along with building on our own

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputed institute

- Product engineering skills, product management, ability to lead large teams, handled market facing roles

- Prior experience in technical sales or IT industry a strong plus

- Excellent interpersonal skills to create and maintain profitable relationships with internal and external- existing and potential customers

- Deep understanding and execution of negotiating and closing in a win-win long term focused environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
