Job Description - Wipro seeks an experienced executive for the position of Head-Automation led deals. He/She will also lead the Engineering team for building advanced solutions.

Key responsibilities -

- Drive engineering lifecycle - ideation, architecture, design, development, testing, PoCs / Pilots.

- Be agile in thought, engineering and deployment

- Be market facing - analyst / advisor briefings, partner meetings Evaluate buying or partnering with companies to rollout functionality along with building on our own

Job Skill -

- Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputed institute Product engineering skills, product management, ability to lead large teams, handled market facing roles

- Prior experience in technical sales or IT industry a strong plus

- Excellent interpersonal skills to create and maintain profitable relationships with internal and external- existing and potential customers

- Deep understanding and execution of negotiating and closing in a win-win long term focused environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
