Responsibilities:
- To engage with the leadership team and gain credibility through thought leadership and professional eminence based on deep expertise in PES
- Influence sales, through engaging with clients and by bringing in credibility to the Wipro PES Business
- Set and meet client expectations, educate the client about new ways of working and hence the associated program construct.
- To engage in solution shaping, program orchestration and delivery assurance
- To manage stakeholders across business, technology and design in Wipro, in the client organization and third party (partners) as needed in order to meet program goals
- To deliver contractual obligations by ensuring that the SOW and contract is well authored to mitigate delivery risk.
- Track and control financial objectives such as gross margin, productivity, and payment collection.
- Handle small to large teams from various nationalities and regions seamlessly. Be aware of cultural nuances and lead with empathy.
- Be responsible for right staffing, fostering a healthy organization climate and team spirit
Required Experience / Demonstrable Skills:
- Experience of farming opportunities in existing customers through customer intelligence thereby increasing revenue through the expansion of current accounts and delivering more value to customers
- Building and maintaining a good healthy relationship with customers to ensure he/she is up to date with their technical and business needs
- Domain experience /strong business understanding of 1 or more Industry Verticals
- Experience in programs which are Experience led, Velocity Driven and Global Scale
- Experience in managing multi skilled teams across technology business and design
- Experience in running full stack feature teams
