Candidate should have at least 10-12 years of experience in Application Architecting with 5+ years of role as Consulting Architect manging large customers and complex solutions. Must have interacted at CXO level and should be able effectively communicate the value propositions to CXOs
Responsibilities -
- Be the Lead Architect for entire PreSales cycle and manage CXOs, Consultants and OEMs
- Provide architecture leadership for large transformational initiatives across technology platforms.
- Define architecture roadmaps and Digital Journeys for clients.
- Understand the business landscape and key objectives to propose appropriate solution
- Design Enterprise Solutions for given landscape and convert client objectives into spin-off projects
- Understand the OEM landscape while proposing competitive solution
- Adopt consultative approach and drive client towards the recommended solution.
- Make impactful presentations and communicate value proposition effectively
- Build relationship with CXOs / Key Stakeholders and create a lasting impact
- Interface with all internal and external stakeholders during overall PreSales Cycle
- Driving strategic and technical change through the organization
Experience & Skills:
- 10-12+ years of experience in Digital technology areas (Portal, BPM, API, ESB, DMS etc.)
- At least 5 years of hands on experience in architecting digital solutions for large enterprises.
- At least 5 years of experience as Consulting Architect managing large and complex solutions
- 1-2 years of exp. in new edge technologies like AI/ML., API, Customer Experience, IoT
- At least 3-4 years of experience in any one of the key domain like Banking, Financial, Healthcare, Pharma, Government etc.
- At least 5 years of hands on exp. in driving presales solutions end to end for large bids
- Sound knowledge of architecting multi technology solutions and their Integration.
- Good understanding of cloud, multi-tier and omni channel architectures.
- Effective articulation and emphatic presentation skills
- Attitude to work along wtih everyone and drive them toward common goal of Winning Customers
