- The Business Partner strives to acquire, manage, and enhance the AI/Automation engagements with Clients and addresses the clients business needs with appropriate AI/Automation services & solutions built on top of AI/Automation Ecosystem Partners platforms to ensure the client is successful to deliver a public testimonial. He/She is also responsible for interlocking with BU/SLs to ensure demand generation including delivery enablement within BU/SL through the Automation Seed team within each BU/SL.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategic markers around a platform or a set of platforms (OB targets, People Trained/Certified/Billed on Mass and Specialized AI, solutions developed, POCs/Pilots, customer references, joint speaking opportunities joint POVs and whitepapers)
Manage demand generation: Generate a portfolio of prospects (in case of pre-sales) or Portfolio in an account or through practices
- Establish partnerships by identifying and building joint solutions, conducting due diligence and orchestrating technical validation
- Building a predictable pipeline of joint opportunities via differentiated proposition to the customer
- Contextualize the partnership to client needs and work with a cross-functional team to create differentiated solution offerings
- Help create the go-to-market engine for the platform (sales, presales, solutions and delivery)
- Evolve the internal enablement ecosystem to align with market trends
- Recommend, direct and drive partner sales and marketing campaigns - measured by joint GTM initiatives, events and commensurate pipeline & conversions
- Develop a good understanding of partner products, roadmap, strategic direction and provide inputs to deals and engagements
- Represent Wipro at partner & industry forums/analyst meetings and events in the region
- Work on customer success to ensure public customer references
- Engage with partners to ensure a formal business plan is signed off with each partner and governed
- Manage enablement of Automation Seed team in BU/SL
- Customer Management support to BU/SL accounts where engagements are running: Escalation management, status reviews and customer reporting
Pre-Sales Support
Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputed institute. MBA preferred
- Results oriented; excellent attention to detail, accuracy of work, sense of responsibility toward work and ability to accomplish projects and tasks on time
- Demonstrated ability to lead & work with cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive lasting relationships, even in difficult situations, with diverse people spanning internal/external organizations.
