Responsibilities include:
- Develop solutions and estimates for RFP/RFI and work closely with the bid teams.
- He/She should participate and provide support for customer visits, Develop case studies / business case for new initiatives. Also develop strategy for new initiatives, planning, execution and institutionalizing the initiatives, Should be able to do financial analysis based on the sr. management requirements.
- Work with other CoEs in developing new financial / pricing model for AMS Services, will research markets to understand the evolving trend of AMS in the market and help provide insights to strategize ASM offerings to customers.
- High impact content creation - articulating business problem and outcomes, creating value propositions, translating technical capabilities and features to business terms
- Sales enablement and communicating the value proposition to customer facing teams to support selling
Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputed institute. MBA preferred
Skills:
- Knowledge of Application Support and Maintenance Process knowledge(preferable)
- Quality management process (Preferable)
