- Supporting Large RFPs and suggesting/innovating models/techniques on how platform solutions can be enabled in the solutions.

- Consulting and formulating strategies to enable growth in products, platforms and solutions

- Help formulate solutions by leveraging service lines, seeing market trends or by developing /architecting tech platform/applications and products.

- Help create new products and solutions in the assigned service line and nurture teams who are working on new products both in the domain and the technology space.

- Interacting with the senior stakeholders convincing them, educating them of the Product Platform solutions and the charter

- Deep dive into complex business problems and build product propositions

- Graduate with around 5 years of experience. MBA preferred

- Domain experience in Banking

- A consultative mindset (technical and non-technical) who can deep dive and build structure to a problem, can-do attitude

- Knowledge of large scale delivery solutions and customer management
