Job Summary:

This career opportunity is with Wipro Technology’s Strategic marketing Group, the team is responsible for overall positioning and marketing of the Manufacturing and Hi-Tech Business Group.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- The candidate needs to be Technology and strategy focused, needs to contribute to the positioning and successful GTM of the SL’s, working with SL Leadership, Practice and Solution teams.

- Helps build competitive value propositions, develop pricing and packaging for service line solutions

- Also works with Strategic Business Units and Product Marketing Managers to develop opportunities at intersection and create GTM plans

- Leads the service line Sales readiness related-efforts of a service lines at Wipro. Helps in developing go-to-market strategies for new solutions and service portfolios for the business and expanding the market presence of the business

Major Responsibilities:

- Positioning and branding: Defining and building the value proposition for the business and its offerings helping create winning propositions and messaging for GTM. Contributing to the strategy of the Manufacturing and Hi-Tech Business group with competitive differentiation, new market opportunity identification, defining the Application outsourcing landscape

- Analyst Relations: Proactive management of key influencer relations across major analyst firms, ensuring positive movement on analyst surveys and relationships. Understands the rhythms of Gartner Magic Quadrants and Forrester Waves. Prior relationships with key Analyst firms would be an advantage

- Customer relationship management: Managing key customer connects, ensuring support to Account based marketing activities, Building a sustain CRM campaign, with customer testimonials and case studies

- Marketing strategy: Involvement in the business planning and market segmentation which involves customer targeting and tracking, projecting technology trends, competition analysis.

- Sales Enablement: Creating content and managing positioning in website, creating sales kits including case studies, whitepapers, presentations etc. The candidate will also be responsible for imparting sales training on solution positioning.

- Integrated Lead generation: using various communication media (webinars, websites, Newsletters, event participation, analyst meets, public relations etc.) This will involve lead qualification, content development and management, helping organize/front-end participation in international events among other things. Meeting lead generation and content generation targets

- Marketing channel ownership for BU: Creating a New Media campaign, using Twitter, Blogs, LinkedIN, You Tube etc.

- BTL Activities: Participation in events, conceptualization, demos, content, driving traffic booth, customer meetings and post event analysis

- Thought Leadership Driving thought leadership activities eg. Contribution to academic newsletter, case studies in books, speaking opportunities.

- Marketing Communications :both external and internal
