Wipro Technologies would like to invite applications for the position of Senior Manager – HR, based out of Bangalore, to support HR in one of its largest Service lines.
Job Title - Senior Manager - HR
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Contributes to Practice/ Function performance as an integrated member of the Practice leadership team.
- Drive the talent management and retention charter for practice
- Partner with business leaders in implementing effective people initiatives & interventions
- Focuses on improving the quality & outcome of Employee life cycle HR processes (e.g. Performance Management, Progressions, Salary revisions etc)
- Uphold high service delivery standards to employee queries & implement HR engagement SLAS
The position will manage a team of 2 to 3 professionals.

Education and Experience Requirements
