- Must have a full time MBA/PGDM degree.
- Work with Business Engagement Managers on recruitment plans and create a hiring plan for each open position.
- Efficiently and effectively work with Hiring Managers and fill open positions.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates across positions.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates at the Leadership Level.
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Have direct hands on experience of effectively sourcing for leadership positions directly and using partners.
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews.
- Experience of complete life cycle of senior level hiring from sourcing till onboarding (including offer generation)
- Experience dealing with senior candidates through the process and experience of negotiating compensation
- Experience of working on any Applicant Tracking System / Recruitment tools is highly desirable
- Ability to build and sustain relationships across business and functional teams and ability to connect with Senior Leadership in Wipro.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
- Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
