Job Description - The position is with the Sales Enablement/Operations function for Technology BU and you would be responsible for supporting our global sales force worldwide with Decision Support and Analysis.
The Sales Reporting and Analytics team manages the sales business intelligence, reporting and analytics across Wipro Technologies.
Through sales reporting and analytics, the team provides visibility into the company's sales pipeline, integrating information from sales, customer and financial sources for a complete and detailed overview of the organization’s sales performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Strong understanding and knowledge of statistics and should be able to apply statistical tools in carrying out predictive analytics.
- Design, Execute and Manage Sales Analytics and Reporting for large enterprise for sales insights
- Provide actionable insights from huge volume of data (Both Structured and Unstructured) using Data Mining, Data Cleansing techniques.
- Analyze results and set up reports, design dashboards containing relevant KPI, measures that would enable senior management and sales force towards decision making.
- Business analysis, decision support and working within various reporting systems for enhanced sales execution.
- Communicate and provide relevant recommendations to key leadership stakeholders - Sales/Presales/Leadership through analytics while addressing real business problems/issues/challenges.
Technology Skills:
- A very good understanding of Statistical concepts like Hypothesis testing, p-values, confidence intervals, regression, classification and optimization
- Hands on Experience in building and implementing sales dashboards and reports for Sr.Executives
- Hands on Experience in building statistical models for solving business problems
- Experience in building and implementing statistical models based on any or all of the following
Regression, Clustering (K-Means, hierarchical)
Decision Tree and Random Forest
Time Series Forecasting
Text Mining
- Knowledge of R/Python, MS BI, CRM data models
- Ability to handle huge volume of data (Both Structured and Unstructured), proficiency in Data Mining, Data Cleansing and observing data patterns
- Experience in working with Visualization Tools like Power BI and Tableau
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written & oral communication
- Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Interaction with senior leaders
Team Management:
- Manage extended team/external partners as applicable
Candidate Requirement:
- MBA (Finance) with Analytics experience is preferred
- Pre-MBA work-experience with exposure to Data analysis, Reporting or Sales Enablement/Operations
- Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel)
- Working knowledge of R/Python/Excel Data analysis tools
- Should appreciate technology and business trends
