- The role focuses on achieving business results working with cross functional teams. You will be responsible for improving employee satisfaction of the function working on strategic projects to ensure long-term success and profitability.
- You will manage the entire BPS infrastructure for all customer and will be in charge of the internal network as well.
- Possess good leadership qualities and ability to lead highly technical and motivated team of individuals spread across multiple geographies.
- Possess broad cross platform and strong project/program management expertise
- Business acumen and commercial awareness: understand strategic business objectives and be motivated by the application of technology and process change to deliver business value.
- Have proficiency in different End User facing technologies, Service Desk and process frameworks
- Has a deep understanding of various security framework and regulations impacting financial markets or companies.
- Lead new opportunities through collaborative approach and teamwork
- Ability to champion enterprise level change and transformational initiatives that require organisational and behavioural change in their local area of responsibility
- Monitor team members to ensure that project milestones are met and delivered on time.
- Design and execute techniques to enhance productivity and efficiency and reduce risks.
A Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field, with a minimum of 12-15 years
professional experience in technology support operations. BPS Industry experience preferred.
