- The role acts as a Strategic Thought Partner to the Vertical Head / Sales Heads and involves participating & supporting activities like Annual Business & Sales planning cycle, Sales strategy formulation and execution management and Marketing support for managing Key Customer Relationships. The role is also envisioned to provide critical decision support insights and manage internal reviews from a Business performance management perspective. Besides working with the Sales function, the role gives excellent cross-functional exposure of interacting with HR, Finance, Marketing & Domain teams. Experience in this role will prepare prospective candidates for roles in Sales, Presales or Strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance Management
- Scheduling and managing the Vertical's Operating review rhythm cadence with cross-functional teams to ensure that we are tracking well against our targets (Financial as well as operational metrics)
- Sales analytics and reporting - efficiency, effectiveness and coverage model
- Sales Enablement
- Competition profiling & analysis, Deal qualification, Win-loss study
- GTM formulation & tracking execution for DIDI (Digital, IP & Innovation, Domain and Integrated services) themes
Market / Industry / Customer analysis to support leadership & sales teams with insightful Points of View
- Sales Transformation
- Managing the training needs of global field force in collaboration with the Central Sales Enablement team
- Program managing adoption of proprietary tools, techniques and methodologies of 3rd party Sales Transformation partner
- Creating and Managing a Knowledge Management framework to improve sales collaboration
- Customer Relationship Management
- Managing BU / Vertical's presence in Global CRM events
- Support Marketing teams for global events like World Economic Forum-Davos, Business council, NASSCOM summit etc.
- Planning, scheduling and managing executive connects - support for Chairman and CEO's meetings with customer CXOs

Experience and skill set required:
- MBA with specialization in IT & Finance/ Marketing
- 3+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 18 months of post-MBA experience
- Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel)
- Appreciation of technology and business trends
