- This role is focused on driving education / training across the selling organization (sale, pre-sales, business development, marketing and more).
- In this role you will be responsible for leading the enablement process and creating, building and gathering content from SME's and delivering this content to the entire IES organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the process of developing, managing and continuously improving the sales enablement content, sales collateral and additional resources that enable the sales departments to accomplish their responsibilities more successfully.
- Run regularly scheduled sales online training events to a remote workforce and in-office workforce around the globe
- Train staff such as sales, customer success, solution engineers, business development reps (BDRs/SDRs), pre-sales engineering, and more to effectively drive the organization's value proposition
- Be data-driven and provide data analytics as it relates to the global effectiveness/impact of the solutions rolled out with the Enablement plan
- Working with a US and India based workforce while redefining and continuing to implement new methods of learning that scale and encompass adult learning principles.
- Work cross functionally with HR, Sales, leadership to execute on sales onboarding, senior leader reporting etc.
- Research, conduct market intelligence and analyze competitive practices to enable our sales organization, and partner communicates to make business decisions and build pipeline
- Develop global enablement metrics to measure and assess progress towards agreed upon goals.
- Has a strong knowledge and ability to analyze current & future technology, industry and market trends to develop sales and sales engineering analysis
- Program / Project Management: Able to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure on time and high-quality delivery of all projects.
- Create and maintain a well-documented plan and gather resources to accomplish the goals of the project and or program
- 5+ years of industry experience in business intelligence / sales enablement
- Understands and has used the latest tools for sales enablement and training programs at scale
- Analytical and statistical abilities is desirable
- Good practical grasp of business models and needs.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills - comfortable in presenting to executives.
- Ability and willingness to execute with little oversight
- Strong business acumen with great leadership capabilities and a proven track record of working with all levels of sales reps and executive
- Review and maintain existing content to ensure relevance and identify opportunities to improve the overall value
- Help determine and drive the content development strategy for common content offerings
- Must exercise self-initiative, judgment and decision-making ability to select methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to the moderate
complex work.
- Must be able to work independently, with little to no instruction on routine work, but receives general instruction on new assignments.
- Must have strong project planning and implementation skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to exercise judgment, independence, and initiative to complete all tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor in Business, Marketing or Engineering
