- Sales Performance Management
- Track, measure and monitor health and performance of SBU through metrics like Revenue, Order Book, Pipeline and Sales activities
- Define, measure and improve productivity and effectiveness of field sales team
Sales Strategy formulation -
- Scan and size market, identify whitespaces and define account real estate to go after in chosen markets/verticals
- Generate insights into Competitor capabilities and strategy
Sales Process Excellence -
- Program manage adoption of proprietary tools, techniques and methodologies of 3rd party Transformation partner Revenue
Storm,
- Own internal sales reviews and compliance processes
Sales Enablement -
- Identify areas of improvement in Sales competencies and plan/organize custom training programs to enhance skill sets
Good Presales experience
- Collaboration and work in a dynamic and culturally different environment efficiently
