- As an Regional Alliance Manager (RAM) the individual is expected to build solid relationships with Partners to increase Wipro Services Revenues and Partners- license revenues.


- The RAM is expected to manage partner activities at all levels by building a comprehensive business plan for the alliance, including identifying, incubating, and bringing to market value added repeatable partner service/solution offerings as well as enabling Wipro teams in Partner technologies and solutions.


- The RAM will need to connect the Partner and Wipro teams to achieve solution and enablement business plan goals.


- The RAM will work closely with the Wipro account managers for each account and all Partner account representatives to ensure alignment of their activities with corporate initiatives and objectives.


- A senior-level business expert with a consultative approach, the RAM is expected to be competent to work in the areas of strategic planning, solution development, technical business enablement and process management, all within the context of global alliance development.


In addition, the RAM will:


- In conjunction with the Global Account Manager, will provide business plans to regions for feedback and adoption


- Work with overall Wipro and Partner alliance teams to create synergies with Wipro offerings.


- Participate in quarterly executive reviews between the partner executives, and Wipro global team and will drive solution and enablement aspects of the reviews


- Build and manage the executive relationships with the Partner SME- s/leaders in the region


- Lead communications with Wipro regional teams for knowledge transfer, best practice sharing, enablement, improvements


- Proactively manage to desired business results and report them in a monthly scorecard owned by GAM


- Support Global Partner alliance and solution development activities with other partners as necessary


- In addition will be managing the Advisor relationships and Marketing function


- Partner alliance experience, preferably with/for SI firms; preferably global experience


- Experience in building and managing solutions and enablement programs, including all program lifecycle aspects


- He or she should be an accomplished presenter of sales and technical material to both small and large groups. The ability to

present extemporaneously is desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are required


- Strong knowledge of strategic outsourcing (SO) and systems integration (SI) business strategies as well as pursuit and delivery models highly desired


- The candidate must be a self-starter and possess excellent time management skills


The successful candidate will function independently to determine proper methods and procedures and may supervise other personnel as part of the role


Program management experience desired
