Wipro - Presales Solution Architect - HTTP Vertical

Job Summary : This career opportunity is with HTTP Vertical of Consumer Business Unit. We are looking for highly motivated solution professional for our largest client which is also a leader of Logistic industry. This role requires solution architect to work with client management and delivery teams to identify new opportunities, drive new demands and also present Wipro's solutions to client.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand customer's business strategy & objectives and aligned IT strategy & objectives to frame solution

- Understand the current IT landscape, Operations & Business process and come up with transformational themes for reducing TCO, enabling business agility for our customers and better customer experience

- Understand and present the trends in Application / Infrastructure management / BPO / new technologies / new business models applicable in Transportation and Logistic industries.

- Identify the gaps in customer landscape and engage in consultative selling. Work with client engagement team to proactively identify and present new solutions.

- Proactively Analyze account research information and identify areas to pitch and generate demand.

- Provide winning solutions to RFXs as well as lead proactive solution definition for both existing and new customers. Own/review solutions, sizing and pricing against business and IT goals of the customer

- Identify and drive win strategy and win themes. Envisage out of box solution outside just stated RFP / customer needs.

- Architect and present Applications / Infrastructure management / BPO solutions for global customers

- Present and lead customer presentations and interactions during the bid process

Experience and skill set required :

- Understanding of IT Governance processes and operations as per ITIL, CobiT standards ICT standards

- Prior experience in architecting and leading large multi-tower (apps/infra/BPO) bids. Experience in Bid proposal management, planning and preparing responses and value proposition

- Presentation skills including Meeting Facilitation and white boarding, presenting proposals/solutions to customer
