- We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant in Technology BU based in Bangalore. The responsibilities include running the sales pursuit process including the win strategy, bid plan, governance, overall solutioning and working with various stake holders.
- Ability to work proactively on demand generation working with the key accounts in the BU, being sharply focused on winning the pursuits in a collaborative manner and being enthusiastic & energetic are the key characteristics that we would look for in the applicants for this role.
Role Dimensions:
- Run pre-sales process for RFPs / Customer requests including the Win strategy and bid plan across customer mapping, solutioning, pricing, response, governance process, solution presentation up to deal closure
- Create the core team to respond to the opportunity by working with the Client Partner and various SLs/Practices and steer solution design
- In case of Integrated services deals, lead the Integrated solution definition, identify components for individual practices and stitch together the overall solution
- Create proactive propositions based on what works well in certain accounts within the BU/across Wipro and key sales motions from alliances / SLs. And run campaigns to create demand
Track renewals, create a strategy for assigned opportunities and drive the pursuit proactively
Role Demands :
- 5+ years of Solutioning experience in a cross-SL environment
- Driving transformation journey for customers through Pre-sales or Sales
- Strategic thinking with ability to execute working across several stake holders in a collaboration fashion is an absolute must
- Self-driven, Initiative taker, Analytical, communication and collaboration skills are utmost essential
- Commercial and business acumen are necessary
