- Minimum years of experience – 10 – 12 dealing with Communication Service Provider / Telecom Customers
- Identifying Business opportunities in account
- Close Working with Customer/ BDM's/ Business Integration team/ Delivery teams to convert such opportunities
Responsibilities
- Providing strategic inputs / Anchoring deals and create a Winning Proposition– controlling the flow and approach
- End to end responsibility of winning a bid – includes pre-bid and post-bid customer interactions until handover to delivery team
- Responsibility of working with Business Integration team to come up with Business, Commercial and Technical Value Proposition
- On Proactive front, work with Business Integration team to create Proactive opportunities targeting specific solution areas
- Work with Account managers/Delivery managers to convert specific large reactive opportunities
Workflow responsibilities
- Customer interactions, Response content validation, vendor co-ordination
- Co-ordination with sales, internal teams and horizontals for team formation
- Interaction with business finance teams and delivery teams for effort estimation and pricing.
- Interaction with product vendors and other strategic partners in bid process
- Overall responsibility for bid response quality control
