- To run proactive and reactive (RFXs) and liaise with different Service Lines and Functions for the required support for solution, proposal response and pricing
- Ability to work on key drivers, challenges identification and solution conceptualization for proposal
- Understanding customer competition, partner and solution landscape and providing strategic inputs for bid response and controlling the flow and approach
- To drive multiple teams involved and exhibit robust program management to build a synchronized and coherent response
- Participation and contribution for win strategy for RFP/RFI during proposal stage and solution design phase
- Required to participate in Bid defense and customer front end as needed
- Adhere to presale process and metrics and provide timely updates to vertical management
- Interact with the Sales/Accounts at a lead stage, to understand the customer needs and come up with a positioning strategy
- Work with global sales teams and contribute to charting Go-to-Market strategy for specific geographies and sub-domains
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends in the domain - Research competition and updates on global market trends
- Responsible for creating and keeping sales collaterals up-to-date Case Studies, sales decks, brochures etc.
- Ability to drive proactive campaigns, articulating solution and value proposition and required to manage/host prospect/client visits
- Telecom business knowledge
- Presales/Solutioning mind set
- High energy, self-driven individual with excellent communication skills
- Collaborative and works well in team environment
- Cross functional teaming ability Delivery, Telecom Domain and Commercial
- Knowledge of sales process and Wipro systems will be a big plus
