Wipro - Practice Manager - Analog VLSI Domain

- 12-15 years of experience in Analog domain with good communication skills

- Should be able to scale the analog practice by actively engaging & enhancing the competency of the current team members and hiring in new team members. Mentoring and contributions to training programs in analog domain

- Should work with Pre-sales & Delivery teams on preparing technology road map presentation, new service creation & pro-active solution pitch relevant for customer business needs and account expansion. Support in RFP response and proposal defense in analog domain

- Good understanding of analog concepts & led programs in Analog domain areas. Has reasonable experience in the lower geometry nodes (28nm and below) for standard cell / analog and custom layout.

- Drive innovation aspect in the team and encourage white paper / patents creation in the team.

- Should take responsibility of being a technical reviewer for some of the analog programs and ensuring completeness of deliverables
