- As a practice head, he will be responsible to conceptualize, incubate, test, validate and create reference architecture around new technology themes - CHANGE Business
- Work closely with technology OEMS in driving new themes, pre-sales and sales enablement, Participate in QBR, Drafting a GTM strategy around new initiatives
- Provide and lead pre-sales support across compute, storage, backup, BCP/DR, Virtualization technologies - Business as usual
- Support spans Solution Design and Architect, Scope of Work for professional services
- Responsible to drive and lead large bids, RFP and Transformational opportunity along with the team
- Prior Pre-sales and Delivery Training and certifications are mandatory in the relevant subjects
- Will be responsible for competency building across sales, pre-sales and delivery with all enablement rolled out to the field
- Will also carry a shadow sales OB on SI services.
- To work with marketing team and rollout GTM initiatives (Ex: Mailers, Campaign, Incentive programs on new themes, CIO events participation, Brochures, Infographics, Presentations)
Skills required:
- Must have knowledge on new technologies like Software defined storage, hyper converged Solutions, Virtualization, Containers and Cloud Technologies
- Must have an excellent presentation, communication and proposal making skills
