Wipro - Practice Delivery Head - PSP

- Drive customer satisfaction, practice revenue & margins.

- Should have worked and managed in delivering end-end engineering projects and products. Should be able to understand the lifecycle models, complexities in project/program management

- Should be aware of Technology trends in Product Software & Platforms Industry

- Should have deep knowledge in various product software technologies with hands-on past experience. Should have good understanding of Java & C++ based technologies as well as full-stack development ecosystems and technologies.

- Manage a large team of delivery organization and multiple accounts spread across different cities and Geography

- Ensure seamless execution and on time delivery excellence

- Managing talent as per project demands and career aspirations of employees

- Participation and front ending all key conversations and engagements with end customer

- Should have minimum of 17 to 20+ years experience in the product software industry along with project and people 

management skills

- Prior Exposure and experience working at different Geos, APAC, US, Europe

- Liaison with Legal and Finance teams

- Should be able to define reskill programs to rotate and give career growth to engineers

- Should be able to identify, analyze various key mechanisms to improve internal fulfillment in various account

- Should be able to work with campus teams and enable campus selections, forge-tie-ups with colleges for right competency

- Available and ready for travels on short notice, spending and managing significant time at different locations and setting up new location in different Geos

- Have a solid local business network with staffing vendors

- Past experience working in Design Services organization and in Product Companies is added advantage

- Should have a good understanding of delivery and operational efficiency levers
