Wipro - Mobility Practice Head

1. Strong technical experience in developing solutions using various Mobile technologies (Android, iOS and Win 10), Device platform capabilities (BT, BT-LE, Wi-Fi Direct, NFC, Multimedia) and web/gateway services integration

2. Strong experience in Mobility Pre-sales and customer presentations for RFI/RFP and proactive bids (including minimum 2 international travels per quarter)

3. Manage Revenue and Order Booking for both services and IP deals. This includes validating & reporting financial data to leadership teams. Experience in Confluence/CRM systems is desirable.

4. Identify, nurture & drive mobility software IPs/enabler driven sales to new/existing customers, as part of his annual revenue/OB targets.



5. Support consulting bids for customers from disparate industry verticals in mobility by orchestrating efforts of multi technology teams within practice 



6. Understand Mobility industry landscape & evolving trends in AR/VR, Wearables, Payments, Mobile Cognitive capabilities and Bot/AI technologies.


7. Excellent communication focus required for a relationship driven organization

Desired Profile: 

- Digital evangelist, fluent in digital technologies, possibilities and thought leadership (Currently working/recently worked in Traditional Media Companies like NY Times, Washington Post, Tronc Digital, Wall Street Journal or Digital Media Companies like Huffington Post, Vox, Vice, Buzzfeed)

- Excellent presentation and articulation skills to engage clients in workshops and shape solution

- Hands on experience having worked with digital part of client organizations

- Ability to contribute towards rapid prototyping and solution development for the client

- Educational background in computer science or electronics or related subjects

- Extrovert with ability to network and build traction with clients/partners/internal organization

- 16-20 Years with minimum 5+ years experience in Mobile/Mobility technologies (Mobile Apps, Platforms & Device engineering)
