Business marketing for the Banking, Financial services and Insurance ( BFSI) business Unit in Wipro. The business provides solutions to banking, securities &amp; capital markets and insurance customers across the globe. The role will primarily involve marketing for the Banking vertical and some key strategic initiatives across BFSI. The person will be responsible to build the brand and help drive demand using internal and external marketing engines and influencers. It involves using multiple channels both online and offline to drive building the brand, customer relationship campaigns, sales enablement campaigns, online, social media, and other media campaigns, events and offline campaigns, analyst relations, thought leadership, marketing communications and operations. - Build the brand and help drive demand. - Build an integrated positioning storyline for the vertical and the key offerings - Develop, promote and generate leads using thought leadership ( GTM sales kits, POV's and case studies for the top differentiated offerings) - Own and run end to end marketing campaigns for lead generation (with customers, partners, analysts), online and offline - Repurpose content to suit multiple media engines (Social media, Videos, Infographics etc) - Enhance Wipro's positioning in key accounts - Drive winning campaigns to support large and strategic deals for both existing and new accounts - Enhance customer experience and increase customer advocacy (Testimonials and references) - End to end ownership of Wipro's participation at global events - industry events, partner events, customer events - Increase customer participation (CXO level) including speaking opportunities at Wipro hosted events (round-tables, exclusive Wipro Events, Sports hospitality events) - High impact analyst connects and engagement with leading analyst firms - Drive positive movement on analyst surveys and reports and share success stories and relevant thought leadership Marketing Operations : - Adhere to brand guideline and create a repository of Brand templates - Gather insights from Industry trends and reports and enable teams to leverage them - Institutionalize processes and templates and make them repeatable - Vendor and agency management - Marketing workshops for better business and marketing alignment - Learn and leverage Pardot and social media tools - Reporting and metrics Key Qualities Desired : - Ability to get the job done l Ownership l Persistence l Adaptability l Attention to detail l Ability to effectively collaborate with business &amp; marketing teams l Being a change agent l Create work that will get admired, replicated, used and creates an impact Experience : - 10 to 12 years of relevant marketing work experience l Basic marketing aptitude and skills l Brand &amp; Marcom experience l Exposure to B2B brand building l Understanding of the vertical and technology.
