Job description
Advisor Relations team for India Business, is responsible for business development through Consulting Organizations & Sourcing Advisory ecosystem. Key objectives of the function are as follows:
- Pipeline generation by ensuring proactive intelligence and insights from the advisors
- Improve win rates thru- continuous insights on Wipro's positioning, competitive landscape and client perception in advisor led deals
- Leverage consulting firms for capability augmentation via strategic engagements
Develop joint GTM propositions with consulting firms
The Role
The role is for managing Advisor Relations in India to enable the team in achieving the objectives mentioned above. Responsibilities include:
- The team member is expected to proactively & aggressively expand the relationship network and create deals by engaging extensively with the external advisor ecosystem.
- The most important pillar of the role is to work closely and collaborating with the Wipro India ecosystem- India Geo Head, SBU Heads, SL Heads, Sales Heads, Pre-sales Heads, Account Managers, GCPs etc.)
- The role also involves being on top of the metrics for measurement of pipeline and order booked for advisor led deals.
Requirements
- An appreciation for technology and how technology helps solve business problems
- Penchant for deal making, building relationships, developing consensus
- Passionate and Self-driven individual and strong collaborative mindset
- Open to travelling - Meet advisors and attend events across India
- Strong communication skills: Engaging with Partners/MDs/CEOs of advisory firms
- Good command over excel and power point
Eligibility
- MBA with 8 - 10 years of work experience (C1/C2)
- Candidates with Sales/Pre sales background would be preferable
