This role is for Platforms and Software Products Vertical under Manufacturing and Technology SBU. PSP is focused on global software companies who are disrupting every industry domain today. - Bid Management and responding to RFPs - Responsible for the revenue growth and Order booking for the vertical
- To run RFI, RFP response and liaise with different Service Lines and Functions for the required support for solution, proposal response and pricing
- Ability to work on key drivers, challenges identification and solution conceptualization for proposal
- Understanding customer competition, partner and solution landscape and providing strategic inputs for bid response and controlling the flow and approach
- To drive multiple teams involved and exhibit robust program management to build a synchronized and coherent response
- Participation and contribution for win strategy for RFP/RFI during proposal stage and solution design phase
- Required to participate in Bid defense and customer front end as needed
- Come up with differentiated Value Propositions and Solution Ideas, Brand building Campaigns
- Develop value propositions and relevant content in-line with the industry trends for target customers leveraging existing Wipro solutions
- Coming up with ideas for new solutions that need to be developed to differentiate Wipro in the PSP domain Provide thought leadership and come up with POVs/white papers based on the technology trends in the industry
- Develop a PSP Brand and identify target events to participate and run Brand Building Campaigns Demand Generation, Competitor Analysis, Campaigns and Proactive proposals, Identify themes for Demand Generation campaigns along with potential target customers,
Come up with proactive proposal themes for existing customers to enter into untapped areas in the customer organization,

- BE/BTECH/MBA with at least 5 years in Pre-Sales/Solution Architecting. The person should have the following experience
- Extensive experience handling RFPs end to end - interfacing with the various service lines as required
- Solutioning - Coming up with Win Themes, Solution Architecture and Value propositions for RFPs - ability to stitch end to end story addressing customer's business problem where multiple Service Lines and Technologies are involved
- Strong technical knowledge on atleast two technologies out of the following - Digital, Cloud, Mobility, Analytics, Infrastructure, ERP, AMS, Managed Services
- Self-starter who is pro-active, energetic, flexible, creative, with lots of initiative and a positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude
- Having worked with technology customers would be an added advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
