- You will be part of the HLS pre-sales team responsible for anchoring deals and other initiatives.
- Anchor medium to large size, proactive and reactive bids / RFPs.
- Drive solution strategy & create win themes mapped to customer business requirements (in collaboration with sales teams)
- Collaborate with Service Lines to craft an optimized solution
- Work with Finance teams to optimize the deal commercials
- Prepare winning proposals that meet client business needs with attractive value propositions Work with account teams to enable delivery-led growth
Skills & experience :
- 8 - 12 years of experience. MBA would be an added advantage
- Experience in any of the roles Project Manager / Project Lead / Architect / Tech Lead / Pre-Sales
- Experience in Application Development / AMS programs on any ERP / Analytics / custom apps (like .NET / Java)
- Should have deep understanding of Wipro processes, Good written & Oral communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple partners and independently with minimal guidance
