The position is with the Go-to-Market function and you would be responsible for supporting our global sales force worldwide by assisting and undertaking a broad range of tasks including but not limited to sales reporting, sales business intelligence, and analytics across Wipro Technologies.
- Through these functions, the team provides visibility into the company's sales pipeline, integrating information from sales, customer and financial sources for a complete and detailed overview of the organization's sales performance, in addition to formulating go-to-market strategies that assist in increasing pipeline and sales.
Job Summary:
- Design and publish advanced visualizations, graphs, dashboards and financial reports for the Tech BU leadership, sales teams and the demand generation team.
- Prior experience with conceptualizing and implementing graphs using Tableau will be an added advantage.
- Design, Execute and Manage Sales Analytics and Reporting for large enterprise for sales insights.
- Provide actionable insights from huge volume of data (Both Structured and Unstructured) using Data Mining, Data Cleansing techniques.
- Analyze results and set up reports, design dashboards containing relevant KPI, measures that would enable senior management and sales force towards decision making.
- Business analysis, decision support and working within various reporting systems for enhanced sales execution.
- Communicate and provide relevant recommendations to key leadership stakeholders
- Sales/Pre-sales/Leadership through analytics while addressing real business problems/issues/challenges.
Capabilities needed:
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel including ability to create and run reports
- Ability to take on assigned data-management tasks
- Ability to navigate internet sources, collect/assimilate strategy-supporting data & insights
- Appreciation of technology and business trends.
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Confident and persuasive interaction with senior / sales leaders
- MBA with maximum 2 years of work-ex (ideally, more than one year at Wipro) - Sales, sales-support or any sales-related experience is preferred
